Sarah Gibbons
is a queer singer/songwriter, actor, music producer, vocal coach, musician, & arts educator. She stands with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ artists & believes their voices must be heard.
Born & raised in St. John's Newfoundland, Sarah is an actor, singer, vocal coach, songwriter & music producer. Recently, she self produced & created Femme Fatale Musicale, a Cabaret which was featured in The Storefront Theatre’s Feminist F*** It Festival.
She will be playing Manya Feinstein in the upcoming production of The Great Divide by Alix Sobler with Harold Green Jewish Theatre in 2021. Credits include: Ensemble/Swing in the Canadian Premiere of A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, Dot/Marie in Sunday in The Park with George (Scottish Premiere), Shapiro in Jacob Two Two (Young Peoples Theatre, Dora Nomination), Cordelia in Falsettos (Musical Stage Company) Abigail Williams in Obeah Opera (Nightwood Theatre) Meg in Merrily We Roll Along (Toronto Musical Concerts) and Louisa in The Sound of Music (National Arts Centre).
Sarah is also a member of the Vocal Faculty at The Randolph College for the Performing Arts and holds her Masters in Music Theatre from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
