A Toronto Theatre Critic's Award, Critic's Pick Award and Dora Award winning actor, Vanessa Sears made her professional debut originating the role of Nicola in the Canadian premiere of Kinky Boots. Since then Vanessa has gone on to work across Canada, most recently playing Emmie in Musical Stage Company and Obsidian Theatre's "Caroline, or Change" at the historic Winter Garden Theatre downtown Toronto. Vanessa is a proud company member at both the Shaw and Stratford Festivals.
